SP+ Parking @ Patriots Plaza II

Clean & easy to get in & out. Only parked here during normal M-F work hours, so may be different experience for off hours.

I have never had to deal with the parking lot that is not open until 9 AM on a Sunday morning. Calling the number posted on the parking lot was absolutely useless as they said someone will call back in half an hour but no call came. Finally walked around the building to find a security guard who let us in and was able to get the car out. They should either post this information or have the operator inform when called.

Pre paid for parking just for it to be completely closed before we could leave for a security guard to let us in. Then when we tried to leave through the gate it didn't work and had to pay 22$ for leaving after paying for parking before. Never go here these people suck!

Good rates, especially on the weekends. The place the clean, safe and within walking distance of the mall 👍

I used to give this parking garage a 5 star rating. The staff were great, the garage was clean and well lit. Until last week. I recently changed jobs and would not longer need a pass at this garage. As soon as it was determined I would no longer need a monthly pass I notified the on site office when I would be turning in my pass, cancelled automatic payments, and asked if anything further was needed. They statn no and on my last day I could page them at the exit point and they would open the gate. Nothing about canceling with corporate. I never ever dealt with corporate except to set up monthly payment. The only reason was because the on-site team had to stop accepting payment. Last week I received a past due notice for 2 months.
