We have used Spangle Brothers for two installations of Mitsubishi ductless units, five units the first time, and three most recently. We have also used Marty to repair an old unit that came with the house. He does excellent work, neat, clean, gentle, on time. I am not uncomfortable with him working around the house, and actually, hardly know that he is there. I understand from my husband that he is the best in the business. I don't know the technical stuff all that well, but recommend him on his workmanship and explanations. He showed me how to use the remotes and work the units in a way that I could understand.
