We recently had them remodel our kitchen and bathroom and they blew us away, from the planning, organization, execution and attention to detail. From Michael, who worked with us on the budget and bringing our vision to life to Ashley in the front office who was very friendly and patient with us on ordering materials to Stephen, the owner, who is an absolute gem to work with- he kept the job site clean and organized and took his years of experience in making sure every detail was executed perfectly. I hired Stephen based on a recommendation from my Chiropractor. He showed up and promised to take care of my home and my personal property (no contents coverage). I believed every word he said, but none of the things he told me that day were done. I had 8" of water in my home and was only supposed to have 1-2 feet of plaster removed. He walked in on demo day with $$ in his eyes and said, "Take 4 feet - insurance is paying for it." After Hurricane Ian badly damaged my condo in Placida, Florida, I reached out to Specialized Restoration. After I first signed the contract for them to restore the condo owners were notified that work would have to be delayed due to issues with insurance claims.
