Can’t say enough about the customer service and technical support from Spectrum/Artic Air. Same day response for blower issue, Brandon S. diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and informative. Shannon was also very easy to work with on the phone. We highly recommend and are thankful to have a service contract with Spectrum.

Spectrum service was incredible. From the scheduler to Joshua M everyone was very customer oriented. Josh was particularly impressive. He was knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. I highly recommend them

Spectrum air came out to do a semiannual service of HVAC system. Franz was the technician. I have to say he was the most knowledgeable and professional technician that has ever serviced our system. He was beyond excellent!! I urge anyone getting their system serviced ask for Franz I know I will!!!!!!

I simply cannot thank Matt, Shannon & Josh enough. The dispatcher, Shannon, was so helpful and caring during a very hot situation! We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning, which caused the temp to be 86 degrees in the house. Even with it being a weekend, Spectrum Air was on it! They were prompt, reliable and so incredibly helpful! It’s very obvious Matt and his team care about their customers! With Shannon’s kindness & excellent communication, and Matt’s compassion & dedication to his customers , they were both so empathetic about our situation at hand. Josh was out here in no time, assessed the situation and got it all fixed up in no time!!! Before I knew it, our home was finally cooling off and my kiddos were so happy! Josh was professional, fast & knowledgeable,

Yesterday, my AC went out and my house ended up getting to be 90° inside. It was horrible! After calling Spectrum A/C, they were at my house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem within five. The AC was back up and running in no time! By far the best HVAC company that I have ever dealt wirh. I would highly recommend them.
