I met Phil with Spectrum Property Services about three years ago and he has been helping me with home maintenance ever since. He has hung several TV's for myself and family members of mine...as well as making general repairs for me. Phil is professional, hard-working and honest.

We purchased a new home. Phil did a great job removing and replacing a variety of ceiling fans, light fixtures, door hardware and shelving. We would happily recommend him to anyone else. He was quick and efficient!

My husband and I have used this service several times! We needed a kitchen faucet installed and furniture put together a few times. Very responsive, answered all our questions and was very prompt and receptive to our needs!! We will definitely use this service again.
