I am editing my previous review because of the reduced wait time and excellent service that I received on Friday, February 13, 2026. I came in to ask questions regarding my mobile service, my balance, and possible upgrades. As soon as I walked in around 3:00, there was no wait and I was greeted soon after. I was served by Roxy, she was approachable, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. The first thing she asked me was how could she help me and then she verified my identity by asking for a picture ID? This was the first time that I was asked to show my ID, moreover; I am glad that she took this extra precaution to protect my account. We first tried to start a new account over the phone because we already have tv and internet with them. We paid $500 and something dollars only for it to be canceled the next day because it needed more information but the email said we had 5 more days. So we went into the store showed ID, they scanned it and everything, I even asked if I was going to get an email about more information or if my order was going to be canceled and she said no. I will put a picture of her name. We ended up paying $600 and something in person, why I don’t know but we paid it. We get home and I check my email and guess what they are wanting me send verification of who my fiancée is because it’s in his name but she scanned his ID and said we would not have to do this. I wanna leave 5 stars. Instead I’ll just say that everyone in that store is spectacular other than the gentleman that helped me. I think his name was Ryan or maybe it was Travis. It was definitely one of the two lol. He has dark hair and an unkempt brown mustache.. avoid him. I came in yesterday afternoon around 3:30 in search of the iPhone air, and the guy was quick and willing to make it happened before I was even able to sign in. That was refreshing… but I quickly found that this fellow was slightly arrogant, and definitely thought that I was unintelligent.. He was short in all responses, uninterested, inattentive, and only trying to gain sales/commission. Needed a new phone, had some issues with my account. Needed to merge my wife’s stand alone mobile account with my new internet account. Called 611 before hand. They told me I could go to the store. Went to the store and a sales person told me I needed to call 611 to merge the account. Sat at the store, called 611, they told us to go to the store, have them merge the account and upgrade the phone. Asked a different sales person for help. Ms. Roxy. She was able to merge my account and upgrade my phone in a very short amount of time. I guess the other salesperson didn’t have the experience to get this done. Thank you Ms. Roxy for solving my issue and helping me upgrade effortlessly.

The wait time is unreal. We recently moved to the Anderson area and needed to return our modem and router after receiving our new ones in the mail. The wait time just to return equipment is crazy. There should be a way you can ACTUALLY just drop off the equipment. We have service already. It’s fine. It does all we need it to do. But the dread I feel anytime I need to walk into one of these stores is unnecessary.
