Spectrum Store

I just left the Mansfield, Ohio store. I had a few questions in regards to my bill. Ryan and Brandon were very personable and helpful. Kudos to both of them. Excellent service.

Enjoyed the clerk that waited on us yesterday. Very professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful, directing to what we needed without over selling. His name was Tyler. We were really hesitant to sign up but he made our first experience with Spectrum easy and comfortable. Thank 4 Tyler!

Excellent experience with Brandon! My brother in law Ronnie has been using this store for years. It's hard for him to hear and understand and Brandon jumped right handled the new phone and the transfer and clean out the old phone and returned it. We were in and out of there is about 35 minutes. Service perfect, check in easy!

Switched to bright speed great service and my bill hasn't changed in 9 months $59.00 if its avaliable id definitely make the switch and but beware spectrum is going to harass you like no other to come back.
