Always had great luck with Spee-Dee. We order from a business in Rockford almost everyday for our own business, our packages always have shown up next day for years now until we got a new driver the last few months. Tracking shows our packages are out for delivery but then they don't show up. When you count on your packages to be there on time and they don't show up it ruins an entire day for us. Frustrating and unfortunately customer service doesn't seem to care or the management they're reporting too. Back to dealing with UPS

My package was delivered to this facility a week prior to when it was attempted to be delivered. There was a note on my door saying the packages needed a signature to pick up, so I signed the bottom of the paper so the driver could leave it without a signature. The paper also said the back would only be sent back after 2 failed attempts of delivery. So I called twice -Wednesday night and Thursday morning- and was told I could come and pick up my package. I drive 15 minutes to get to the warehouse and my package couldn't be found due to it being sent back to the original company. My package was attempted to be dropped of on a Tuesday, I went in Thursday morning to pick up my package. Horrible experience. Drivers don’t know how to read so I honestly don’t know how they can drive and get to where they were going. Business don’t open until 10am. Banging on door like a crazy person at 9:15am. Opened the door to explain that we are closed, I was in a meeting and we don’t accept packages for residents. Shut the door. I kid you not, he knocked on the door extremely loud again. I opened it back up and advised him we haven’t ordered anything that speedee delivery services would deliver so he needed to read the sign and read the address on the package. He banged hard Enough to get the upstairs residents to come down and ask if things were okay. We have had a couple different drivers deliver to our shop regularly with one of them being our main person on our route. They are always very nice to us and we really appreciate the quick delivery that Speedee provides! We had a problem arise with one of our shipments that was supposed to be next day delivery but when I called and inquired about it, it turned out that the shipper had failed to ship it in time to Speedee. The lady I talked to on the phone about it was very professional and I really appreciate the help that she provided in tracking the package!!
