Speedy Plumbing & Heating

Yeah so this a bait and switch company. You think you are getting service from Speedy but in actuality its a company called legacy that came out. They say they are based out of Palm Beach Gardens but when I question them about the phone number being from Belle Glade they said this is the answering service for after hours. I would normally have understood that however I called at 4pm during business hours. In any event Legacy came out and I was charged 341.00 for a 45.00 part in which I looked up online after. Highway robbery as the fix took less than 20 minutes to complete.

I would NOT recommend this company. Not sure how they got all those five star reviews. While the “plumber“ showed for the initial appointment promptly, the work done was subpar at best. We continue to have a leaking faucet and the toilet repair broke after two weeks. Despite at least a dozen phone calls and about six missed appointments, the “plumber“ has still not returned to honor the work guarantee and do the job right despite being paid in full. Legal action is next just to try to get a couple of simple repairs done. This is not a reputable company.

A truly great experience with this company, where both the office and field crew were amazing, kind, and professional. I highly advise choosing them.
