Had my house built in 2018. Sperry Plumbing installed the water heater. As I’m preparing my house to sell right now, the inspections didn’t pass due to the expansion tank being installed so poorly with zero support. It’s hanging from a pipe, no bracket, mount, or any other type of support was installed. Should a professional plumbing company know better? Of course! Unfortunately, when I had the house built, the inspections passed it. Which is a huge issue, the inspector should have never passed it & made Sperry Plumbing correct the issue. Having other plumbers take a look to give me bids for a fix, they’ve all agreed - this should have NEVER passed inspections when I bought the home. Someone from this company hit my mailbox while doing work on my neighbors home and didn’t knock on my door or say a word to us. Had to call the police and show ring footage. Heard from the owner over a month ago that someone was going to replace the damaged lid on my mailbox and no one ever came to fix it. I would not hire or trust anyone from this company to come anywhere near my home.

This company has a great team. The office staff is nice and helpful. They respond quickly and have done great work at my residence multiple times. Only company I use.

I feel quite disrespected after dealing with these people. Wouldn’t recommend.
