SPG Construction

We were referred to SPG for help with our bathroom project we have been trying to finish. Matt was able to come out and do measurement within a few days and had a quote early the next week. As with all projects timing can be challenging, but the project only took one or two days longer than anticipated as we had done unforeseen complications. Matt and his entire crew were very professional and friendly answering all of my questions. Now that we've painted we noticed a couple areas and need a little attention. Again, Matt has been very accommodating with getting someone out. Steve came out on New Year's Eve and completed the job with great detail and skill in only one day which could easily taken a couple visits. All the subcontractors did fabulous. His employees didn’t know what they were doing many times. The employees were nice but they needed supervised .He never completed the job and never communicated why. Had to call and text multiple times. His employees put in the vinyl floor and the Facia. It has been less than a year and it needs to be redone. Also we didn’t get the electrical permits that were promised in the contract.

Needed help quickly and Matt delivered. Hot water tank went out and he was able to pick up and install a new one in short time. I spoke with Matt on a Friday and he had it installed on Monday. Amazing service. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company

Matt and SPG are wonderful. They did great work doing some repairs in my basement. They were always on time and responsive, and the work seems great. I've hired them again to do some more work and would highly recommend them.

We used SPG Construction/Schwartz Inspections last Friday Sept 27th to come to do a mold inspection. Matthew made an appoint with us for 2:00 and showed up right on time. he was very friendly and most important very knowledgeable. We were worried about a musty smell coming from the framing around our front door and feared the worst but he came and was extremely thorough with his inspection and gave us good news, no mold on the inner walls. The smell was from asbestos that had got wet when we had a leak. We were very relieved. We would use SPG again! Laurie Bjorkgren
