Spic & Span Dry Cleaners

I took four coats to be drycleaned two were beautifully done. Two looked like they had never been touched. When I called and expressed my complaint the lady was rude. When I took them back in to show her she was in a rush to leave and took the coats to send back to whoever cleans them. When I asked for a refund she said she didn't know how to do that transaction and would send them back to be drycleaned. It is a forty-minute round trip to take them and forty more to pick them up. I was not at all happy. It was closing time but I felt an extra three minutes we could have finished dealing with the problem.

This review is long overdue. Family owned & run business that I have been using to clean my business attire for a couple of decades. They do a good job & their prices are reasonable.

Fairly disappointed with this place I brought a bunch of my husbands dress shirts and some of my dress shirt and I pointed out multiple stains that they didn't get out in 3 of my husbands shirts and they said "oh we must have missed these" so I asked them to keep them and they did but they also charged me for them and they weren't even cleaned. Also, one of my dress shirts that I had only worn once had a small stain on it and while they did get it out it looks as if I just threw it in the wash myself, and now it looks like a shirt that has been worn for years. It is 100% silk and there are threads pulled out all over the front and back of it and also it had a cute metal button on the sleeve that got ripped off some how while they were cleaning it. Staff was very pleasant and amazing and good to deal with i took my wedding dress and my wedding clothing and everything thang turned out beautiful so five stars ladieds

Needed my dry cleaning done in a hurry. They got me taken care of the same day and for a great price:-) will use again!
