Spinello Plumbing & Heating

So in December 2025, I needed to have my bathroom faucet replaced. I scheduled an appointment with Spinello and purchased a new faucet from Lowes. The plumber comes out, one that has been to my house before. I leave alone to do his work; i checked on him periodically but 2+ hours later I go to check on him and he is not there but the new faucet appears to be installed. I try the faucet and everything seems to be working fine. I wait another 15 minutes and nothing from the plumber so I go out to his truck. All his windows are up. I see him slumped in the driver seat with a q-tip up his nose. I knock and the glass & he lowers the windows and I'm hit with the smell on an intoxicating inhailent. This guy was passed out in his company truck from inhaling plumbing adhesive fumes to get high. T

My Hot water heater broke down. I called Spinello Plumbing on a Sunday evening. Chris called me back, and said he can come the next morning. He checked the water heater and gave me a reasonable price for the new heater installation. He came back within 2 hours with his installers, and had the job done in about 2-3 hours. Chris and his staff did an excellent job, and explained the installation and pricing plain and simple. I will contact him for all of my Plumbing needs.

Had another contractor come out to see why my ac unit was leaking and told me I needed a new system and tried to sell me one. I called Chris the owner and he came right out and fixed the issue in a hour. Super knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He definitely got a customer with me now.

I’ve used spinello exclusively for my own home in colonia for 10 years and never remotely saw any of the negatives a few reviews mentioned here. I’m a busy local Realtor and spinello is on my list of trusted service providers that I make available to both clients and the public on Facebook often. I don’t ever recommend someone that one of my clients tells me they had issues with and no one has ever said anything negative about Chris and his team. Honest, reliable, respectful and professional plus fair pricing makes for a continued win and. 5 stars from me 👍👍

Chris really went up and beyond for me tonight. We had a drain clogged In the house. It was backing up into our shower. Called a few places and was either getting ripped off or people didn’t call back. Chris called me back and explained he was busy and backed up with emergencies. I totally understand. Every job is considered an emergency. He told be he could come out tomorrow morning. After speaking for a few and him realize that I was handy he walked me through steps to fix the issue. I couldn’t be happier. 100% support this small business. Thanks so much for the help!
