Sprinkler repair was contracted by the company that built our pool to move some sprinkler heads and lay sod. They did a good job and we had them back to rearrange some heads to cover all our lawn. I recently called because we were concerned there was a leak and also had brown patches in the yard. I made a total of three appointments that no one showed for. When I called the office they apologized and gave me a story about the technician running behind. Once they told me the technician would call to schedule and he never did. When I called the office they told me to schedule for the first appointment of the day to guarantee the scheduled appointment. They were scheduled to come at 8:30. Blown away by the lack of customer service and professionalism. Worked with them previously at another project and although I did not like their customer service skills, I figured I give them a second change at another location, when I contacted them back to discuss the $1,300 quote, I was received with rudeness from who turned out to be the owner! Lady, just because you own a business doesn't make you successful, learn how to talk to people. **Customers, read Google's reviews, there is a pattern here, do not ignored it.**

The lady who answers has very poor customer service skills. It seems they like her more than their own business. She is probable related to ownership. Maybe she could work in another area or get some customer service training. They have been out twice and now have to come again. My lawn is dead as the system still fails to work. I have to replace the sod. That probably says all you need to know.

The lack of customer service is mind blowing. I spent 15 years in retail management at the store and district level. If I had treated my customers the way this company treats there’s I would’ve been out of a job. There are PLENTY of other companies to choose from, so do yourself and favor and do so. You won’t regret not having to deal with missed appointments, delayed (and inadequate invoices) or a rude receptionist.

The website says "Free Estimates" when I called to schedule an estimate I was informed it there would be an $85 service fee. When I mentioned the website says "Free Estimates" and suggest that be taken down to avoid confusion in the future. I was rudely told "No, because we do offer free estimates during the off season but not now. You're welcome to call around..." So call around I will. If you don't honor what your website says, I don't trust you to do the work. *After response from owner: To me websites are like an advertisements. What it says should go. If free estimates are only good certain months, print it. If something is different than the website inform people politely. I cannot stress enough how rude and impatient the person I spoke with was.
