I've never written a bad review ever. But if this can help you avoid what I experienced, then I've done good today. I brought back unused product, tried to problem solve b/c I didn't have the reciept. I mistakenly assumed product shipping labels that were left in the product was the receipt, but they weren't. I was under the impression I had the receipts. |It was a big return - just under $100. Iwas told they could do nothing, but give me store credit. I don't want to call out the gentlemen directly, but after asking for his name, he just stared at me. Wouldn't respond. Just literally stone walled me. In his defense, I was upset at this point, noticably, but not yelling, not being rude, just looking for a solution and in problem solving mode. I plan to go back and talk to another person th
