Service counter is only reason its not a 1 star. Reason for 2 stars less than 5 is due to several bad experiences on the upstairs show room and the no help or service offered.

Not the best place to delivery, came at 11:30 and the person in receiving refused to unload me, very rude, he wasn’t busy at all, he just don’t want to do the job

We need materials and they helped us with getting and kept us updated the whole time till delivery. Thank you Jerad and Justin for your assistance

Had an issue with a bathroom remodel where the toilet flange location was not normal and I didn't think a 14" "rough-in" toilet would fit. I spoke on the phone with Jessica who spent time looking into the specs and assured me it would. Was treated nicely by city desk and warehouse; and I'm just a homeowner. Good job by all!
