Reserving and parking with ParkWhiz worked perfectly. The garage is ideally located for taking the PATH to Manhattan. It's not the newest or cleanest garage, but the price of $25 per day is reasonable and the car is parked safely.

Customer service takes so much effort to track down. You are lucky if they even answer the phone. When you have an account, your online access routinely "expires" and you get locked out. The only way to fix it is to call customer service, which can literally take days (even if you go to the garage in person).

Unfair business. Why would you just go cashless? Only accept credit cards for payment. And if you don't have credit card, you suggest that customers go get a reloadable card at 711. This parking lot is not worth the hassle.

Really poor customer service! The garage knew there was event parking and they did not help with traffic. I had to wait 45 mins to find parking. It caused a bunch of traffic on the street. Then leaving, the event parking was also leaving! Had to wait another 45 mins to leave! Someone’s car got damaged because the attendants did even help with managing with the tight lanes as cars were waiting to leave and cars coming in. Then when I was paying, the guy yells at me because I told him they should open the other exit lane as they had cars waiting on the 4th floor to leave. He basically say, if I’m unhappy I can find parking elsewhere. Which I will happily do. Garage is dirty, urine in the elevator, ammonia smell,l everywhere, old construction material, trash and abandoned cars…. That place is
