I was nervous using a company that came knocking on my door, however Sunny Alexander (Project Manager) was very professional and took his time to explain what was needed and how the process worked. He even worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything that needed to get done, would get done. JG Contracting made sure that everything was done in a timely manner and done correctly. It's so hard to know who to trust anymore these days, but I had a very pleasant experience with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. New roof, new gutters, replace some rotten wood on the deck and fence and then stain both the deck and fence. Thanks.

I'm very pleased with my new roof and gutters. I appreciate several suggestions for improvements such as adding roof vents. Representatives from Storm Restorations were always available and worked with an often non-responsive insurance company.

would give 0 stars if I could. Company wrote a scope of work and didn’t even mention the damaged fascia. Did terrible work and now after, telling me that the fascia is not in the scope. What reputable company would put a new roof on bad fascia? In addition to them, not inspecting facia and putting a new roof on facia with holes in it, I’m also having to do additional repairs inside due to them putting their feet through my ceiling in multiple areas of my home. I also recently found shingles inside my furnace closet from my previous roof when they were tearing it out

Called for a gutter replacement quote. Rescheduled once. "She" arrived with two assistants. They wanted up on the roof and I said no, I'm only interested in a gutter replacement quote. "She" reported to me all the things I had requested. The copy of my request is at the bottom. Wow.... Nothing but a sales call. "She" and her associates were asked to leave. This kind of behavior can be seen as a lack of integrity. .................... One end of house is second story since we are on a hill. Gutter surrounds house, 4 sides. Approximately 80' x 40'. Currently downspout on all four corners. Add a downspout in the middle front and back. Consider leaf protection.
