Home Depot offers wide range of tools to fit everyday needs of its customers. There's convenient complimentary parking, carts. & support to load the products. Home Depot also has pro services for professional contractors that offers quantity discounts, tax benefits & lower pricing. However, they're having tough competition from similar competitors like Lowe's and they should offer more technical support & guidance to its customers as at times the wait time is beyond customers patience.

Today I had an excellent experience at The Home Depot in the garden department, located at 5700 Antioch Rd, Merriam, KS 66202. I would especially like to recognize Kelley for her outstanding customer service. She was very kind to me and my workers and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. She helped us load the bags of soil without us even asking and was very attentive to every question we had. She was truly a great help. She has a natural talent for treating people with respect, professionalism, and kindness. It is very rare nowadays to find staff who are this helpful, patient, and genuinely willing to assist. Thank you, Kelley, for making our experience so positive. We will definitely be coming back!

I bought several things, before I went to check out I checked prices at other places. Most everything was lower somewhere else so I asked the cashier to match and do the 10% off as advertised for price match. She was super nice about doing it.

Home Depot Johnson drive and Antioch It was nice to see the location replacing its parking lot. Outside looked great other than the concrete entry needing power washed. As you enter the location the wall off mat has large stains. The facility was well lit and the shelves are numbered, well organized. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Over all I found everything I needed in a short amount of time and met a very pleasant employee. This store could easily be a 5 by clean or replacing the walk off mat and power washing the concrete entry.

We swung by Home Depot to get our Christmas tree after checking out a few other spots. The gardening-center girl (don’t catch her name but this was Sunday night 11/30) was an absolute gem—she kept paging for help while we waited about 15 minutes in the cold. I went inside to see what was going on and found a little cluster of employees hanging out at customer service. One of them told *Ian* to come help us. He definitely saw me (eye contact was made), but apparently he had some very important socializing to do with a group of kids. We waited another 10 minutes… still no Ian. Thankfully Brandon swooped in like the MVP of the tree lot and helped us out. On our way to the pro desk for tie-down supplies, we passed Ian again—this time deep in conversation with a group of female employees. S
