SRI Gale Insulation

These guys did an excellent job. Ignore older reviews because they may be from previous management/employees. They were very quick and efficient. They worked with my husband and myself schedule wise when I was at work and he had to be on call. They insulated 3 separate areas in under 2 hours and for less than $1000 which is a steal when compared to other quotes. We noticed a difference in cooling the same day. 12/10 would recommend!

I wanted to write a review based on my experience and a recent dealing with SRI Gale for insulation removal. I was hesitant to go with them given the very limited and negative reviews but Jacob assured me the company is different now, and after their work I can attest that they do very good work at a very competitive price. The other quotes I received were double or triple coming from companies with 4.8 and 4.9 reviews. At the end of the day, it's just a lot of vacuuming and my attic was really not bad (7 y/o home). I now have a cleaner attic that is inhospitable to pests and best of all, I can see everything. Their crew was polite, hard working, professional, and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend their insulation removal service.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself weeks of delay and headaches and find someone else. We were given a quote by Derrick through TruTeam who really sold us. He said it would take a couple of days and our build has been delayed WEEKS because no one shows up and when they do, they don't stay long. It's a different crew every time and they just complain about not being paid enough. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone and when you do they tell you to call someone else. IF someone answers, they clearly don't care about the issues. We were told we had to pay 1/2 up front but my in laws are building a house beside us and they didn't have to pay anything up front. The insulation crew started on their home before they were even finished with ours. They have had an equally horrible experie

DO NOT HIRE. Awful experience & horrible customer service. Three different people you have to go through from quoting to scheduling to payment & none of which ever answer the phone or return calls. They quoted 2500 for insulation in a bedroom addition & not only do they make you pay in full before even scheduling you, they didn't show up on FOUR separate days they said they would. My project manager & I had to call them relentlessly to even get an answer of when they would come back, all while knowing when we had an inspection booked. They were horrible to work with & I should have never trusted them by paying in full before the job was done. Highly do not recommend.

I paid for a garage door repair but...When I called, the sales person advised that there is a $125 for a mechanic to show up to evaluate. Then, they sent 2 unexperienced guys who did not do much than my own troubleshooting. These 2 guys promised that the office will call me to schedule someone with more experience to come by. Surprisingly someone showed up at my door at 8 am without any pre arrangement. But this guy was skilled and recommended that I call the office to get a quote for a new garage opener… I called the office only to learn from the office that the mechanic should have given me the quote for a new opener. Then the office gave me a cell phone of a sales person supposedly the only one who has the quote… I called two times the cell phone and left a message… no one called back.
