Buyers Beware, this company is absolute trash. Decided to use these guys on a basement slab in Ranger. They brought us one load of concrete, and it went great. We started waiting on the second, but it took over 2 hours to get to us, and at that time, the first load was dry, so we had to bust out all the concrete. They told the contractor that day they would make it right for all the labor, equipment, and gravel that was used to have to get the slab to pourable conditions. Salesperson came by the job site the next day and said on camera it was the plants fault due to running out of cement. It was an inventory issue. This company has caused great distress with our home build in Gordon County this past week. The company ran out of concrete in the middle of a pour switching locations from Calhoun to Dalton. In the meantime, the concrete poured from Calhoun dried and had to be dug out costing us over $1600 in labor plus equipment fees to do the job. The company promised to fix the issue by providing concrete at no expense; however, decided to unprofessionally cancel the job on the day of again leaving us all hanging. This is not how people should do business. I would highly discourage anyone from using these individuals for they do NOT know how to follow through and do not put their clientele first.
