Just customer service over the phone is trash! A 30 sec phone call just lasted 15 min. And take your customers off of speaker phone so they can hear you, and not have to listen to the other line ring extremely loud. You guys really need some professionalism and a secretary. Will not be a returning costomer
They drove the concrete truck into my yard. Now they are refusing to pay for the damage. I did not authorize them to drive a concrete truck through my front yard.
