SRM Concrete

I was building my own house (I am a commercial general contractor) and ordered around 35yards for my house in 3 separate pours. First pour we had no issues, driver was good, 2nd pour we ran into a bunch of problems. I watched the concrete set up in about 30minutes on a 70F day. The dispatcher and salesman both feigned ignorance and said it was my contractors fault, but when you have large dry chunks of concrete coming out of the chute you know something is up. Since swearing to never use SRM ever again I've talked to a few local commercial contractors who have told me to never order from SRM because you just don't know what you're going to get, to name a few Metcon, Lithko, Neyra Paving, PRP Contractors.
