If I can give this company and a branch manager by the name of Wayne less than one star, I would. This company provided us with the worst service that you can ever have. By a company, knowing that us as contractors are out on the job site. Paying for a pump by the hour, paying guys. By the hour, they have a sitting out there with the truck at the worksite. For more than an hour waiting to collect payment, we made a payment with them. And then don't even have the common courtesy to call us back and say, Hey, there was an issue with the payment. We had to call them back after an hour. Because the cement guys did Bill didn't want to release the pump and Wayne, who took the payment, didn't even have the decency within that one hour to call us back and tell us that there was an issue with a pay

Based on the recommendation of Mr. Ramón Ortega, a shipment of 10 trucks was agreed upon; however, 12 were invoiced. Subsequently, 2 trucks were delivered, but the invoice reflected 3. The company has not provided a clear explanation for these discrepancies and has instead shown a mocking attitude toward the clients. Mr. Ramón suggested leaving the matter as is and taking no further action. Nevertheless, it is deemed necessary to document this situation in order to safeguard the client’s interests and to prevent similar irregularities in the future.

Horrible first and CERTAINLY LAST experience. After calling to book appointment and confirming date and time over the call with Abner, come the day of the appointment, and upon calling back past the time planned for an ETA, I am informed by Abner, same person with whome the appointment was scheduled, that the service was not released because someone was suposed to call me the day before to confirm that "its was a go". Now i have the concrete pumping team and finisher all waiting here at the arranged time. I informed him i never received a call nor have I any messages left either from them and he proceeds to tell me that since no one called me, I should have called to confirm the day prior, that i truck was going to be arriving to base in about 10 mins, he would load and dispatch it and hav

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is ran by a bunch of crooks. They overcharged us for 5 more yards of concrete at $201 per yard and they left a huge plastic with concrete on my lawn. They were not authorized to release the last truck yet they did and refused to refund me for the 5yards I did not need. The shotcrete company said they typically should wait for instructions as to how many yards would be needed from the last truck but interestingly on this particular day SRM claimed that they premix the order. They have several people telling you several things and it all boils down to a bunch of lies to get more money.
