SRM Concrete Volumetric

WARNING! This company is not reliable and not true to their services. If you're an independent contractor watch out especially! I ordered 8 yards of concrete and paid up front for it. The driver poured more than what I paid for with out my consent and still charged me for it. I was ok paying it. Then I asked for 3 more yards and was willing to pay up front like I have been for the last 33 yards of business I've been giving them. The driver spoke to their dispatch and they said " we will no longer be answering your calls or giving you business " even though I was already paying for everything up front. Now I'm left with unhappy customers. NOT RELIABLE !!!!!

Concrete delivered on time and to spec as promised. Great dispatch crew. Very responsive and quick to answer the phone and any questions.
