The guy who works in the cabinet section has been nothing but a complete jerk through our entire experience. My wife showed him a text from our contractor and stated the numbers but he still ordered it wrong. When I went up to return the handles he said they would not take them back for any reason because it was our fault. A reputable company would have returned them no matter whose fault it was. I will never work with them again and would advise anyone else not to. Our contractor has worked with them for years and said recently that the customer service has gone in the crapper. He will never work with them again either It’s a shame that they are so hard to work with because they do have quality products.

Professional, good, knowledgeable people to help with both design and purchase. Carly has helped us make our new bathroom a dream come true. We had gone through some disappointing problems with a big box store when we decided to try Kohls. Higher quality of products and services without blowing the budget! We could not be happier. Highly recommend :)

Disappointed in quality.., Please do your research before making a purchase there because their salesman Ernie got me (I don’t even remember him telling me that they do not do returns or refunds). I ordered exterior shutters with the expectation they would be of better quality than a big box store such as Lowe’s or Home Depot; however, they were not, AT ALL

Complaint Description: Instead of paying my acount down (revolving credit) they just used my cash for another account. Made me a personal account without my knowledge Instead of paying my acount down (revolving credit) they just used my cash again and again. Thousands of dollars for another account. Made me a personal account without my knowledge or consent! Talked to Rob Miller and he said that he's sorry and that it should of never happened. Now they sent my account to a collection agency. I'm a very small buisness and can't pay their demands! 50% more than what I owe!
