I called to ask questions about roofing materials I need and requested some special custom items. My experience with this branch is exceptional. First of all, the girl who helped me was so kind and polite. She was very thorough and very responsive. I was updated with emails each step of the way. When I picked up my items, I finally got to meet the girl who helped me who is the assistant manager Karen. She is amazing. The sales people there were all wonderful too. I’m sure to make this my go to roofing store.

Lady that helped was very polite. I have credit account with them but for some reason it wasn't showing up on their system. I told her repeatedly to call sales rep that had assisted me with opening my account. A simple phone call could of solved our problem but she refused to make the call. I ended up paying cash. Later on that same day sales rep called them to let them know that I do have a credit account with them.

Good service , you can find everything that you may need for roofing repairs , new roofing materials like tpo, torchdown , shingle and even tile and if they don’t got it they can order it for you. Also delivery to work site is available.
