Stacy Springs by Arbor Homes

If I could go back, I would never have chosen Arbor Homes. From day one, the experience has been marked by defects, dishonesty, and denial. What was sold as a “dream home” quickly turned into a nightmare—complete with water intrusion, foundation issues, mold, and repeated failed repairs, and lies. We reported serious problems early on—issues that were dismissed and downplayed by Arbor and their partner Elite Homes. Promises were made, but follow-through was terrible. In fact, the “repairs” created more damage or failed entirely. Their warranty team ignored urgent concerns or stalled until they could no longer deny what was happening. Beautiful models, Peaceful location. Friendly, knowledgeable site manager. We toured both the lot model and an under construction version of the model we want. Asked a ton of questions. Loved the experience. We will likely build here, but if not it will be their Franklin, Indiana location if that's where the next phase takes us.
