Allen came out and troubleshot and repaired my AC unit that wasnt operating correctly in a very timely and affordable manner. He certainly knows his stuff. Will certainly call again if more issues arise in the future.

The first time I used SS&R was three years ago for an emergency call for my furnace the night before Thanksgiving . To my relief they were there within the hour and got the furnace running again!
