Robert... I have to say, going with you and Stair Pros was an excellent decision. Your expertise, coupled with the skill, craftmanship, and attention to detail with Mike and Sam, the project looks incredible! The new posts, pickets, and hand rails were perfectly matched to the refinished floors and look amazing. Our painters come soon to apply the final finishing touches. My wife will see it tonight, but I'm 1,000% confident she's going to love it. Thank you for guiding us and doing such amazing work.

I had an awesome consultation and install experience with Stair Pros of the Triangle. For the past 10+ years I have wanted to update the stair case, and would always cut the page out of the Clipper magazine. This time, I decided to go further by researching and scheduling a company that had great reviews. They were very responsive and worked with my travel schedule to accommodate a delayed installation. Mike(?) and Jason did an awesome job with the installation. They even came fully prepared with a tent so the rain did not interrupt their progress. When they left, the install job was beautiful, and there was no clean-up for me to do. It was almost like they were not there -- with the exception of the updated staircase. Gave us a new railing on our stairs and it brightened up the whole entry. They did a wonderful job. They were very timely and Rob was super accessible with any questions throughout the project. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a pleasure to work with Robert and his installers. They transformed our unfinished stairs with new treads, risers, handrail and backboard which look great as expected! They cleaned up leaving no dust or debris. We are very pleased and would recommend them.
