Very unprofessional and terrible workmanship. Literally shocked at how much they over charged us to redo a staircase, but the results are actually more shocking, our stairs were suppose to be a design focus but instead they are an embarrassment (boards with spaces, spindles spaced at random, not Even the actual wood I paid for So it wouldn’t stain correctly ). When we complained to the company we were assured they would make it right but after a year, still the same sham job with zero resolution. I cannot state more strongly how bad this company is, literally no integrity in the work.Do not recommend.

Stairmasterz remodeled my existing stairway, and the experience could not have been better. This company is top-notch and professional through and through. The Sales VP Paul provided the initial quote and guided me through the entire process including post installation. He even gave several options that fit our budget. Vince oversaw the installation, and the install team including Chris, Evans, Shawn, and Loren were true craftsmen. They kept their word on the timeline and addressed all issues in a very timely and completely polite manner. I'm telling you, the experience could not have been better.
