Highly recommend Paul for railings. He helped me pick out the exact design I wanted and was very responsive with questions I had leading up to the job installation. He worked with my timeline since I was getting my flooring refinished simultaneously. Railings came out great and were exactly what I was looking for. Really makes my townhome look updated. I contracted Paul to replace my railings, posts and balusters. For our initial meeting, he showed up about an hour late (and then subsequently every other time thereafter), but price seemed reasonable and samples of his work seemed to be just what I was looking for. While I was unable to supervise on the day of the work, I could have never imagined what I would come home to… My walls had been damaged down to the metal corner bead in almost every spot touched by the railing (to which he replied I can just slap some paint over to fix), the posts at the bottom of my stairs were installed at two different heights, and he had scratched and cracked the nosing at the top of my stairs as well as multiple planks on my newly installed hardwood floors (1 month old).
