I had an unfortunate experience where wind had caused a dead tree on an adjacent property to fall over onto my fence. I reached out to a few companies. Some didn’t even respond, but Stand Strong fencing quickly responded to my request and was able to get scheduled with a reasonable price for the section of fence that needed repair. As you can see it looks perfect! Definitely recommend a company that you have direct contact with the owner.

Called to schedule an appointment to get a quote to fence in my backyard. Received email and text confirmations that my appointment was confirmed. The day of the appointment the contractor no called, no show. There was no communication on if he was running late, or if they needed to reschedule. I chose this company since it was local and a small business in hopes to get superior customer service, but got the exact opposite. When I called to see if they forgot about the appointment, I was transferred to a foreigner in a call center who said she was also not able to reach the contractor. At least it wasn’t just me. I just assume they are too busy for my business.

We met with Drew and Michael for an estimate. They were easy to talk to and listened well to what I wanted. The quote came in competitive with 2 other companies. They were able to book the job in their schedule at a reasonable time. They called to confirm everything was on schedule the day before they started. The materials arrived before the installers so Victor’s 3-man crew was ready to start at set time. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Brett arrived at the set time to double check all points of the job with me to make sure no changes were needed. He stayed as the work started and provided me with a direct phone number to him in case of any problems. Drew and Michael checked progress of fence and gate installation later in the day.
