Standard Plumbing Supply

These guys nailed it today! Came in search of an adapter for a faucet so that a hose could be connected. It required four different fittings but the whole thing worked. I got back to work and pieced together the new contraption. It works perfectly! Now our sink at work is multifunctional. Thank you standard plumbing!! Update 09\22 I have been back here a few times since my review. They seem to always have what we need but the customer service is terrible. I'm treated like an outsider if I'm treated at all. I changed my rating to four star.

We ran here quickly knowing there was only 15 minutes until they closed trying to avoid a trip to Home Depot. We walked in and were not welcomed or asked if we needed any help. After finally finding what we were looking for an associate came and told us they were closing. We told him were understood and were almost done. A few minutes later he turned the lights off!! We were in a back corner completely in the dark. I couldn't believe how unsafe and disrespectful. We had over $100 worth of plumbing supplies ready to buy. We left and bought nothing, I'd rather drive to Home Depot. The associate was out of the parking lot before we made it to our car. 2:01 pm

I purchased what I thought was a power vented water heater after I got it home and unboxed I then noticed it was a direct vented water heater. When I returned it to the store in Brigham the manager said the bottom of the feet were all scratched up and they would not exchange it for a vented one so we had to buy another $1800 heater. Wish there were lower stars than this aiming at the help not the store! I have been into the store plenty of times as I am remodeling and apartment complex here in Brigham. I absolutely leave every time fuming mad! Most of the employees especially the manager act like they are blessing you with their presence if they even act like they are listening to you at all! Most of the time they all sit on their back sides at the front and don’t bother looking at you! The only one that has ever helped me was Kajessa! (Thanks)! Well the manager today just cost Standard over $1000 bucks and I’m so sick of the attitudes and unprofessionalism I won’t spend another dime there!

The customer service at this store is horrendous, unwilling to get out from behind the counter. If you don't know the exact part your looking for, then don't bother going in. These guys only work at the counter. My last experience they locked up the door 5 min before closing, wouldn't let a customer in, a younger employee, maybe a new hire asked the The older employee if they should let the customer in, the older employee barked back at him and said "don't let them in we are closed!" I actually felt bad for the gentlemen they turned away, looked like he had a few parts in his hand, probably trying to wrapped up a Saturday project.
