These guys have totally exceeded my expectations! Our house needed some siding and flashing repair and after researching several local companies, we decided on Standard Windows & Doors. Once the project started, they uncovered a small issue, and fixed it. I made a mental note to expect an adjustment in cost. Our final invoice turned out to be exactly the same as the initial bid, solid! These guys are extremely professional, provided quality work, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. After the work was completed, David walked me through the work provided (to include before/after pictures) to help me understand the issue I had. Jim gave exceptional service. He came to give an estimate in less than 24 hours. In addition, he personally purchased and brought supplies to keep the shattered pane from falling apart while we will be waiting for replacement. His service was above and beyond my highest expectations.

Inquired about replacement storm windows and they got back to me the same day. Tried several different companies and no one returned my phone calls. Fair pricing and great install. The installers were wonderful. But I am very disappointed overall. After accepting the initial quote and paying my deposit I didn't hear anything for months. I knew is was a long wait for installation but I didn't get a confirmation, and estimation of the date of service or anything. After months I received an email with the date that installation would be with no time, no instructions, no notice of how long it would take, etc. They showed up (when I wasn't there) and left the door outside, came back later and said they could not finish it that day, so they had to come back the next day. Once the installation was complete the installers said that they don't do the finish work and someone would come back to do that. No one contacted me or scheduled the finish work for 3 1/2 weeks.
