Mr. Gary Standridge immediately told me what to do to get my water cut off & walked me through the whole process and had someone out there to help me. My basement bathroom was overflowing. I called Standridge Plumbing and Mr. Gary came out that afternoon and did an observation of what was going on. He told me that I needed a new sewer ejector pump and what the upfront cost would be to clean the old one or just purchase a new one. I definitely preferred a new one so the next day the tech came out and completed the job in no time. I’m happy to say that my basement bathroom is back to working as it should. Thank you very much Mr. Gary Standridge at Standridge Plumbing. Definitely my go to for any plumbing needs.

I called Standridge Plumbing for an estimate, and Mr. Gary answered and gave his advice right away! He even helped to research a part no longer being made, even with it just being an estimate (no guarantee that I would follow through, but of course I did after this amazing service). Job #4 - August 2025. Needed a toilet reset. Standridge got the job done same day. I really should add him to my Favorites. Job#3 - January 2025 Called Gary again, this time to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. As per my previous reviews, he did a great job. I hope we don't need him again soon, but if we have a need for a plumber, he'll be the first call. Job#2 - May 2024 Called Standridge Plumbing with, what turned out to be, a minor problem with my pilot going out & not restarting (user error). Gary talked me through the correct way to relight the pilot and I was back in business.
