I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a carpet cleaning, only for them to call me a few days before and tell me they didn’t actually have availability that day and they needed to reschedule for the following day. No worries, stuff happens. Fast forward to the rescheduled date, an hour before they were supposed to show up, they call me to reschedule again because their agents found bedbugs in a home they were cleaning and that they needed a couple days to clean equipment. While I appreciate them notifying me and trying to reschedule in this case, this would have now made two reschedules. I opted to cancel my appointment instead of taking yet another day off work.

Excellent experience all the way around. We had a tough situation with dog accident stains on carpet. Office staff was super helpful with scheduling and cleaners arrived right on time. They did a great job and carpet looked wonderful when they left. Unfortunately the amateur job we did initially trying to clean the accidents ourselves had driven the stains deeper into the padding, so when it dried the stains showed again. They came back and explained what was happening, mitigated the issue and gave advice on how to control in the future. Very professional outfit and I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with carpet cleaning needs. Price was super reasonable also.

John and Brandon did a terrific job on all my carpets. I have been using them for over decade now!

The guys from Stanley Steemer did a great job cleaning my carpet. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very careful with my furniture. I will definitely call them in the future.
