Ricardo took time to explain process for cleaning, sanitizing and odor removal of our sofas and sectional. He also recommended leather conditioner protector on sofa accents which I’m grateful because I never thought of this. We also had him treat our leather bar stools and they look great! Ricardo is extremely professional, respectful of property and not bothered by our fur babies (GSD and Lil Chi) Highly recommend Ricardo and will schedule with him for other services.

Brendon & Gabriel arrived promptly for their appointment to clean our duct and A/ C system that I scheduled the day before with Brad. I believe that they did a good job but the reason I gave only 4-Stars was because the adhesive on the tape (provided to them by Stanley Steemer) used to close off the registers was so powerful that when they removed it, it stripped some of the paint right off of several of my registers! (see photos) Now I will need to get someone to paint them. I'm pretty sure they make tape that won't peel off paint when it's removed, especially since the negative pressure (vacuum) placed on the ducts while they were being cleaned would have held it in place without needing such a strong adhesive. Ferguson was AMAZING!! He was very polite, explained the whole on-site cleaning process and did an amazing job on the clean. He worked on 1 (8×10) area rug and 2 (8×3) runners in about an hour. He moved the furniture so I didn't have to lift a finger!! I can actually see the WHITE in my rugs again!! Lol. Will definitely going to book again on my next clean!!

Stanley Steemer Damaged Our Home and Refused to Take Responsibility I expected professionalism from Stanley Steemer. Instead, I got damaged baseboards and a company that flat-out refused to make it right. Their crew caused visible damage during a service on October 30, 2025 — damage that did not exist before their visit. I even went out of my way to show their representative a separate, preexisting area near our dog’s water bowl so there would be no confusion later about what was new. When I contacted them about the damage, management’s response was insulting. Rather than owning their mistake and fixing what they broke, they offered me a discount code — as if that somehow compensates for the damage done to our home. Kahlil came and professionally cleaned my tile yesterday. I was very happy with the results! Why didn’t I have my floors cleaned earlier. They look new. What I liked best was how detailed and thorough Kahlil was with the job. A true skilled professional. Thanks.
