Somehow a bottle of blue Tide laundry detergent spilled on our carpet, leaving a huge blue stain that splattered down our stairs. I spent two full days trying to clean it myself with a personal carpet machine and was convinced we were going to have to replace the carpet. Out of desperation, I called Stanley Steemer just to see if there was any hope. They were incredibly helpful, gave me advice over the phone on how to keep the stain from drying, and were able to come out the very next day. They cleaned our entire hallway and stairs, and I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes—the blue stain was completely gone in about 10 minutes. After two days of frustration, there was absolutely no trace of blue left. They truly saved us hundreds of dollars, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommen

Paid $320 to have my sectional cleaned and it’s still spots and stains on it! Was quoted $120 on the website. I received a call a day before the expected cleaning and was told it would be between $140 and $200 and when the person came to clean my sectional I was told it would be $320. For this price it should’ve been spotless. I’ll never use them again!

The whole experience was pleasant and professional. Fast scheduling, pre visit phone calls for scheduling, and from the technician on his way. Super nice guy! Did a great job all around. I had 2 rooms cleaned and deodorized. There were pet stains and odors, which was my main concern. The carpet looks great, and no odors. Definitely would recommend to anyone, and absolutely will use them again

I had originally scheduled for a carpet cleaning of steps, landing, and 2 rooms. Tyler got there saw I was cleaning my kitchen tile. He quoted me a price on cleaning my tile as well. Got both services done yesterday. Excellent job it all looks great. Tyler was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. If I ever need anything like that done again I will call them first! After having a negative experience with a different local Duct Cleaning company, I was hesitant in calling anyone else out to clean our air ducts, but I'm so happy I did. Jack first came out to inspect our two systems to make sure they could do the work. He was honest and stated they might not be able to do one of the systems because it was extremely difficult to get to. Herby and Anders came out today to do the cleaning. They were able to fully clean our main HVAC system (cleaning up all the debris that came out of the system and blew on the floor) and then they blew out all the dust they could from the second system, (they were unable to do the full cleaning due to how the system was installed). They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant, plus the price is on point for the
