Update: My pet had an accident on the bedroom carpet. I called Russ and he was here first thing Monday morning. My carpet is looking good, no odor. Again, highly recommend! Efficient and on time. Russ was able to clean up residue from a previous carpet cleaner who just moved the dirt around with a wet cloth pad on a swirling type of machine. Will definitely refer Russ to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for a job well done, in a quick and friendly manner. (Pet friendly too!)

Highly recommend. Easy to work with and good communication. The very old carpet in my apartment looked brand new after my cleaning. Also, highly recommend the deodorizing treatment for pet odor.

Russ has been cleaning our carpets for years and always does an excellent job. We have had lots of kids, pets and 'life' on these carpets and tried a variety of other cleaning companies, in addition to renting machines ourselves, but keep going back to Stanley Steemer because they do the best job.
