Initially I was going to leave a poor review as the first technician who came to my home to clean the tile and grout did a terrible job. However, Stanley Steemer, and specifically the next technician, Juan, did a wonderful job! After calling the company to express my dissatisfaction with the original cleaning job, Juan was sent to my home the next day to make things right. And he did not disappoint!! Juan was very professional, personable, courteous, and understanding of my concerns. He did a fantastic job and my tile floors throughout the house now look like new. Thank you Juan!! And thanks to the management team at Stanley Steemer for sending Juan as a "courtesy call". He deserves a huge pat on the back.

Mr Manning' Did A Fantastic Job On My Carpet He Was Very thorough. When I Asked About Removing My Run Way Tracking Marks He 90% Did , Í Said " Wow! You Need A Raise💰He Suggested That Í Het My Carpet Cleaned Every 6mon. Instead Of Once A Year . I Most Definitely Will Call Stanley Steemer Again In 6mons . And I Want Carpet Tech Manning To Do It Again . 💯 % Satisfied Customer 😍

Alfredo was excellent. He arrived as expected, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work. He showed us a section of the carpet he had cleaned, then compared it to what hadn’t been done. The difference was very noticeable. Alfredo was friendly, professional and no nonsense. Came in and got the work done. Will definitely use Stanley Steemer again and will request Alfredo.

Worst job I’ve had from any cleaning company. Not happy with the service. I was told it would look clean, never did. Initially it was a placebo, but then I had to succumb to the reality that there were dark marks. Looks very gungy. Not happy at all.

We had our tile cleaned and grout sealed today. Alfredo was our technician and he did an amazing job. He was very personable, knowledgeable and fast. My tile looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the technician.
