We just moved in this week and Michael and Chris did an awesome job cleaning our white (!) boucle sofa and area rug. They were super efficient, polite and did great work. The local TC office staff had our service booked within the week and gave us timely updates on arrival time. The service is pricey but we should be good for another few seasons. Thank you!

Everything about my experience was five stars. From booking to cleaning to clean-up, I experienced friendly and professional service and the results look great! I really appreciate that not only do the rugs look great, but the guys cleaned up and wiped down everywhere they had walked outside of the rugs (hardwood floors and stairs). I also really like the little blocks that they put the furniture up on so that it’s easy to put everything back in place the following day. I typically rent a steam cleaner and do this myself, but the results were definitely worth the extra cost. Goes back to that saying you get what you pay for, and in this case, it was definitely worth it!

Had my air ducts cleaned. Customer service was great, got scheduled quickly, and the guys arrived on time. They were friendly and professional and seem to have done a great job. Will definitely call them again in future.

Great experience with the Stanley Steemer team! They were on time, communicative, and very professional. They made sure to protect my home from their equipment and cleaned up well. I had 3 sofas, 3 chairs and 3 ottomans cleaned. Everything looks terrific. I would definitely use them again.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to this time. My experience was so good!! . Kellen and Corbin were right on time— extremely courteous and really knew their products and their processes. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. My rugs are beautiful now and the team worked meticulously, leaving everything perfect as they left. Their professional demeanor, their pride in what they do, and the quality of their work are unparalleled. I will use only Stanley Steemer from now on, and the team of Kellen and Corbin! Outstanding!!!
