They did an awesome job on my carpet. I highly recommend them. They were very professional.

They said there were going to turn around because I was going to be 15 minutes late even though they didn’t give a 30 minute notice like they said they would and made me give my garage code. Very unprofessional and rude.

I was quoted $178.00. I made my budget and agreed to have my tile cleaned. They showed up and wanted $225.00. Being a retired disabled veteran on a fixed income, I was not going to have it done. They talked me into having it done for $200.00 (214.00 /w tax) Since m wife and I moved ALL the furniture before they got here, they were finished in 30 minutes. Floors look OK in kitchen but their equipment was too large to do the bathroom properly. I had to use brush and finish the job by hand. Then as they left they said "Next time it will be $225.00"! Won't be a "Next time with these crooks! Follow up: I sent email as requested but received no reply as expected.

We have used Stanley Steamers here in Troy multiply times ! Each time the house looks wonderful when we return home. We did have a couple spots in our home that needed focused on , with the addition of our new puppy 😊, and they were awesome at communicating the process and helping us. We had a stubborn area and at no additional cost we were set up with a follow up the next week to come back out and go back over that spot !! I highly recommend this company . Such a pleasure!

We couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. We were in a pinch and needed some last minute cleaning done before hosting a party. They were able to get a team out here first thing in the morning the day after we called. The team was courteous and handled everything we requested quickly and effectively. Great service and we will definitely use them again in the future.
