I've been working with Jay Feider at Stanley & Wencl for a good 20 years. As an architect, one thing that makes my job a lot easier is Jay's education - he graduated from the Dunwoody Institute - architecture program. He has a good understanding of "design" and many times will meet with the client, then give me a floor plan that he has prepared, that solves all of the client's issues. Jay has a good group of subcontractors that he can rely upon as he puts a bid together. My church was planning for a new addition. I brought Jay in as one of the three proposed general contractors.
