Stanwix iParkit Garage

This parking lot was great for overnight parking. I stayed at the hotel 5 mins from here and paid $25 per night. I used Spothero, and it worked with no hassle. No break ins, and honestly with how big this place is, I think it’s fairly safe.

Any parking garage that keeps charging by the hour after six hours is ripping people off. Go to a different garage if you want an all day fare. $27 for 9 hours here Meanwhile it is $16 all day elsewhere nearby -NO ANNOYING APP REQUIRED!!

AVOID THIS GARAGE!!!! Scary experience - paid $30 and picked up receipt at the kiosk before returning to my car but ticket didn’t print/I didn’t notice that it printed-busy + kids etc. Got down to gate at base of building and receipt wasn’t enough to exit the garage - called customer service - they couldn’t help-called a security guard - security guard asked to see my bank statement which was really odd - I offered multiple times to just pay again so I could head home but he refused. Eventually I called 911 and the 911 operator had to inform security that they could not retain me there. An unbelievably inconvenient experience that could have turned into much much worse given this companies complete ineptitude in customer service from top to bottom. This garage cannot accommodate quick exit after an event. They have two pay machines so there are lines for that. Then I waited to exit the garage, after paying, but it took forever. They use an electronic pay system as well, but you have to be aware of that before you park otherwise you can’t use it.

I really do know how I feel about leaving my car here. I am scared to see what my car will look tomorrow but this where the hotel told me to park my car. Hopefully a security guard is walking around. Hopefully paying is easy tomorrow.
