This company was great when they were trying to sell the roof. After that, absolutely atrocious. The Project Managers don't know their face from their behinds. Scheduling was impossible and they never had answers for when anything was going to be done. The crew they used was the slowest I have ever seen and highly incompetent. The PM was never on site to track what their contracted crew was doing. They left my downspouts without any extensions, water draining straight onto my foundation. The only time these guys communicated at all was when they wanted to pick up a check. Nearly a year after they did the work, we heard birds in our attic. I quickly began to search for the source and discovered a small piece of soffit had been removed in order to shingle that little portion of the roof. I
