I’m not the first one sharing this information, per the other reviews. The workers are careless and the company doesn’t care. They started working before anyone else could get here to verify where the Internet lines are. They cut through the main spectrum Internet line and they cut through my personal line in my front yard. Costing me time at work. They also cut into a gas line, causing a gas leak. My whole entire home reeked of gas. If this company or its workers are involved with laying AT&T cables, be prepared for your yard to look atrocious because they will carelessly dig anyway they want (multiple holes and some for no reason). They dug up my yard and have failed to come and repair the sod. I have been getting the run around through AT&T on who the contractor was; but was able to track it down through Shelby Water company who had to come and mark lines for them to dig. You will see photos that were dug on Oct. 2nd and left to sit until October 9th before anyone came out to fill it in. Now it has been sitting without SOD since October 9th. In one of the photos taken today, you can see the damage to my two neighbors yards as well. UPDATE: STILL NOT CONTACT AND DAMAGE STILL NOT FIXED.

What this company does to our yards that we have worked hard in and spent money on should be criminal.

Star construction is doing utility work in my neighborhood. AT&T sub contracted them for fiber work. They cut my dog fence, damaged the romex going to my mailbox and left open unmarked holes all over the neighborhood. It’s been over a week since the damage and so far no activity.

Star construction is doing work for AT&T in our neighborhood and so far they have cut our internet line and a water line. I was in my backyard and heard the supervisor yelling at the workers ( who have been working very hard) “if you don’t do that or if you do this you aren’t getting paid- you guys aren’t getting a check.” My thoughts are if you are the supervisor then supervise stop yelling across the neighborhood and stop threatening the people that are working. Get it right and stop making your problems my problem. Get it together
