Star Oil of New Bedford Inc

Star Oil was amazing, nice staff and cheap prices. Called the new Columbus Energies and got a rude customer service person who told me the lines were busy and then hung up. Ordered oil through a different company who didn't hang up on me.

Had star oil deliver oil to my house and gave them a debit card to charge. I called the following month to have another order of oil come to my house for them to tell me I had a balance still for the last delivery. They wouldn’t deliver the oil until it was paid off even though it was their fault. I have a three year old in the house. I will never use star oil again.

I have never been treated so kindly and helpful by any oil co.in the last 37 yrs.of using oil. Their prices are very reasonable and always polite. Other co.are more interested in profits then customer satisfaction. I highly recommend STAR OIL.
