Star Roofing did work on our roof in the fall of 2024 as we were seeking to stop leaks. The work came with a warranty that is still in effect, and the work was $5,000. Shortly after the work was done, we experienced another leak. We let the team know and they came out promptly to do additional caulking. After that, we continued to have leaking, and at that point the team refused to return many calls and voicemails, even despite the warranty being in effect. Today we had a new roof company come assess the situation. They said the caulking work was done cheaply, and the reattaching of the boards left the boards loose. We are getting this fixed but if it doesn't stop the leaking, we have to get all the work done over again. This was a really disappointing outcome since Star Roofing was reco

We had Paul replace our roof 15 years ago, and could not have been happier ever since. He's always been on time (or even early) for appointments. They did a more thorough job on our roof than other companies had proposed for the same or less amount of money. We've had not one problem with the roof except storm damage or us putting new AC line in. And each time we had a problem we'd call him, he'd tell us which day he'd come look at it (we generally never needed to be home), and then at the end of that day he'd tell us he went ahead and fixed it and there is no charge- even though the problem was obviously not something covered by the warranty! We rarely recommend someone as highly as we recommend Paul and his crew.

Very happy with Paul and his guys. They did the job fast they were clean and the price was very fair. Great quality materials he was on time and did everything in his quote plus some extra stuff to make sure it was perfect.

After a couple of tries, Paul fixed a roof leak that had puzzled two other roofers. Very responsive and on time. Highly recommend.
