Leaving this review on my dad's behalf: We called Stark Sanitary Services with a problem of a wet spot on our lawn. Jared was dispatched out to our house to pump the tank. He arrived and discovered the tank was not going out to the field. He suggested we dig up the fingers and put in a new PVC pipe. He is very knowledgeable and not afraid to answer any questions while keeping you informed of what is going on. We also worked with Dean & Eldon to pump the tank. They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept the mess to a minimum, answered all questions and made suggestions on how to keep the field operating properly. I guess they sold to another company. I have been using 15 years the 2 girls were very professional. Used a tarp and put the grass back in place when done. The new owners tore up my grass charged me $50 more than last year and came a year too early. Was clockwork whole block used them every three years. I will have to find another company now. They finished 30 min ahead of old company and quality shows. I don't mind paying more just was very poor service

By far the best customer service!,!, I will definitely be calling stark sanitary services back every time I need my septic pumped or for any other related needs I highly recommend this company for anyone that has a septic tank just great honest people to deal with big thanks to sue and her husband for coming out in such a short notice

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I called Stark which is now owned under A&P grease trappers, for a quote for septic field re-routing. They said in order for a quote to be provided, someone had to go to my house and they charge $195 just to provide the quote. I called multiple companies and they were the only ones who did require a fee which should have been my first red flag. So the tech comes to my home, spends 5 minutes there discussing what I need done and leaves without giving a timeline as to when the quote would be available. I called approximately every other day for three weeks inquiring about the quote and no one was able to provide a timeline or target date as to when a quote would be provided. Finally in the 4th week from the home visit, a person named Craig said “oh no one told you? Y

Sue and her sister arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning out my septic tank. They took the time to examine the tank once it had been pumped out and to explain its condition. The job site was left nice and clean. I will definitely call Stark for my next pump out service!
